The locations described in Schedule XIX, attached
to and made a part of this chapter,[1] are hereby designated as a mid-block crosswalk in accordance
with Title 39 of the Revised Statutes permitting in regulation of
the passage or stopping of traffic at certain congested street corners
or other designated points. Parking is prohibited within 50 feet either
side of the crosswalk.
