Whenever a term is used in this chapter which
is defined in N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., such term is intended to
have the meaning set forth in the definition of such term found in
said statute.
The Land Use Procedures Ordinance of Greenwich Township, Chapter 75 of the Code of Greenwich Township, governs general procedure for processing subdivision applications, and any provision of this Greenwich Land Subdivision Ordinance of 1976 which is contrary to the provisions of Chapter 75 is hereby, to the extent of any such inconsistency, modified by the provisions of Chapter 75.
Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the
Municipal Clerk shall file a copy of this chapter with the County
Planning Board as required by law.
