The Township Committee designates the Municipal
Clerk or Deputy Municipal Clerk of the Township of Colts Neck as the
person having the authority to approve the granting of raffle and
bingo licenses pursuant to the terms of N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1.
The Municipal Clerk shall file a certified copy
of this article with the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
