The Selectboard shall be designated under G.L.c82A
to be the Board to issue permits for the purpose of creating a trench
as that term is defined by G.L. c. 82A § 4 and 520 CMR 14.00
(collectively the "Trench Safety Law") and that the Selectboard may
adopt reasonable regulations for the carrying out of said Trench Safety
Law.
