No person shall cut down, destroy, willfully break, mutilate or injure
or aid and assist or induce another in breaking, mutilating or injuring any
fence, tree, bush, shrubbery, pole sign or other appurtenance or structure
now or hereafter planted, set out, erected, made or being in and upon any
of the streets, lanes, alleys, parks or public places in the Village of Honeoye
Falls.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the
provisions of this Article or any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than two
hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15)
days, or both. Each day during or on which a violation of this Article shall
occur shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.

It shall be unlawful to mar or deface or mutilate trees on any public
street or ground of the village.
Any violation of this Article shall be punishable by a fine of not more
than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.) or imprisonment for not more than fifteen
(15) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
