Village of Superior, WI Article VI Delinquent Sewer Charges

§ 315-25 Late penalty. [1]

Any homeowner connected to the Village of Superior sewer system will be charged a late penalty charge in accordance with § 315-34 of this chapter if delinquent in paying sewer charges that are placed on the tax roll as a special assessment.

§ 315-26 Notice.

Notices will be sent in October notifying homeowners that they are delinquent and the amount.

§ 315-27 Payment. [1]

Payment must be made in full by November 1 to avoid being put on the tax roll plus the penalty charge in accordance with § 315-34.
