From and after the effective date of this article, no vehicle shall use any of the blacktop streets in the Village of Superior with the exception of Hughitt Avenue from 64th to 67th Streets, said 64th to 67th Streets and Hughitt Avenue to be designated as a truck route for loaded trucks. Unloaded trucks may use any of the other streets in the Village.[2]

Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-4, General penalty, of this Code.
