[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Lancaster 10-14-1974 by L.L. No. 3-1974 (Ch. 25 of the 1976

The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Lancaster is
hereby authorized to designate an official Village newspaper at a
regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lancaster
and thereafter to annually so designate at the organizational meeting
of said Board.
