Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2022, signed by the Governor on 3-16-2022, established a Select Board-Town Manager form of government in the Town of Wayland. Pursuant to said Act, all references in the Code to the "Board of Selectmen" have been changed to "Select Board," and all references in the Code to the "Town Administrator" have been changed to the "Town Manager." A complete copy of Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2022 is included as an attachment to this chapter.
