Borough of Marietta, PA Article I Secretary-Treasurer

§ 33-1 Offices held by one person.

The Offices of Secretary and Treasurer of the Borough of Marietta are hereby authorized to be held by the same person.

§ 33-2 Statutory authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Section 1104 of the Borough Code.[1]
