No person operating any motor vehicle or any other vehicle of any kind shall allow and/or permit any accumulations of mud, dirt, refuse, garbage, trash and/or any other debris and/or contents of said vehicle which has fallen from said vehicle to lie and to remain upon any public street, public road, public alley and/or public way within the Borough of Eddystone without removing the same immediately after it has fallen from said vehicle.
No person owning any motor vehicle or any other vehicle of any kind shall allow and/or permit any accumulations of mud, dirt, refuse, garbage, trash and/or any other debris and/or contents of said vehicle which has fallen from said vehicle to lie and to remain upon any public street, public road, public alley and/or public way within the Borough of Eddystone without removing the same immediately after it has fallen from said vehicle.
No person owning, leasing and/or occupying any real estate in the Borough of Eddystone from which a motor vehicle or any other vehicle of any kind has left shall allow and/or permit any accumulations of mud, dirt, refuse, garbage, trash and/or any other debris and/or contents of said vehicle which has fallen from said vehicle to lie and to remain upon any public street, public road, public alley and/or public way within the Borough of Eddystone without removing the same immediately after it has fallen from said vehicle where said real estate is maintained, used and/or operated in such a manner as to be the direct cause of said accumulations.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this article before any District Justice shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution and, in default thereof, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days.
