Village Court of the Village of Clyde was abolished
on June 23, 1999, and may be reinstated in the future.
There are numerous provisions of the Village
Municipal Code that refer to Village Justice Court of the Village
of Clyde.
The Justice Court of the Town of Galen shall
have concurrent jurisdiction within the Justice Court of the Village
of Clyde, if any.
