The Village Clerk is hereby designated as the
records access officer for the Village of Montour Falls.
Village records may be examined at the office
of the Village Clerk from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The fees for copies of records shall be $0.25
per photocopy not in excess of nine inches by 14 inches or the actual
cost of reproducing any other record, except when a different fee
is otherwise prescribed by statute.
