Pursuant to Section 1005 of the Borough Code, as amended,[1] the Borough of Harveys Lake hereby authorizes the appointment
of an independent auditor, who shall be a certified public accountant registered
in Pennsylvania, a firm of certified public accounts so registered or a competent
public accountant or a competent firm of public accountants, who shall perform
the duties of an independent auditor as defined in said Borough Code.
