GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 46.
The Harveys Lake Borough Police Department is hereby authorized and
empowered to use any and all mechanical, electrical and electronic devices
for the timing of motor vehicle speed.
The authority hereby granted shall relate to all public roadways within
the Borough of Harveys Lake.
This chapter and the authority hereby granted shall pertain to present
speed-time devices as well as those to be developed in the future.
