Pursuant to the authority set forth in Act 104
of 2000, amending the Local Tax Collection Law, the Board of Supervisors
of Westtown Township hereby appoints the elected Tax Collector of
Westtown Township as the delinquent Tax Collector.
The delinquent tax collector shall collect delinquent
taxes in accordance with and shall have the same powers, rights, privileges,
duties and obligations as are set forth in the Public School Code
of 1949, 24 P.S. § 6-686.
