Township of Chester, NJ Article 1 Deputy Clerk

§ 34-1 Establishment.

The position of Deputy Municipal Clerk is hereby established.

§ 34-2 Annual appointment.

[Anended 6-2-1997]

A Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be appointed annually.

§ 34-3 Duties.

The duties of the Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be such as may be prescribed by the governing body from time to time and such as are prescribed by statute.
