Solid waste and recyclables collection, including
all activities relating thereto including, but not limited to, the
starting and operation of vehicles and machinery related to solid
waste and recycling collection, shall not begin before 6:00 a.m. and
shall not continue after 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
The municipal contract hauler for the Township
of Chester shall be permitted to complete established routes, on an
occasional basis if necessary, after 6:00 p.m.
Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall be subject to a civil penalty for each offense of not
more than $3,000. If the violation is of a continuing nature, each
day during which it occurs shall constitute an additional, separate,
and distinct offense.
