No person except an active member of the Fire Companies of the Village shall ride upon any of the fire trucks or fire-fighting apparatus or board or enter any such truck or apparatus.
No person shall interfere with or otherwise disturb or molest any fire truck, fire-fighting apparatus or other fire-fighting equipment of the Village.[1]
