[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Clyde 7-8-1993 by L.L. No. 2-1993. Amendments noted where

The purpose of this chapter is for the preservation
of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village
of Clyde by the establishment and maintenance of minimum standards
for street construction.
That the Village of Clyde hereby directs that for the purposes of any new street construction and/or alteration modifications and/or change in any present street, said construction will comply with the following rules and regulations regarding said street constructions, as attached hereto and marked "Exhibit A."[1]

Any modification and/or divergence from the
minimum requirements set forth herein shall only be allowed by the
approval of the Village Board.
