Uses permitted in the OL Open Land District shall be as follows:
A. 
Public parks and open space, including but not limited to cemeteries, memorials, green spaces and outdoor recreation facilities, such as trails, athletic fields and courts, swimming and skating facilities, picnic areas, playgrounds, bandstands and similar outdoor performance facilities, and similar facilities commonly found in public parks.
B. 
Buildings and structures accessory to Subsection A above.
C. 
Parking lots accessory to Subsections A and B above.
Site plan review shall be required for development of any buildings, structures or activities in the Open Land District which meet one or more of the following criteria:
A. 
Primary access to the facility is via a public or private street in the Village of Clyde.
B. 
The facility is to be operated on a year-round basis.
C. 
The facility is not a traditional use of public park land, in terms of the activity conducted or service offered, as determined by the Planning Board.
