The Borough of Lehighton recognizes the Firemen's Relief
Association, incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
as the proper body to receive the two-percentum tax upon premiums
from foreign fire insurance companies and as the relief fund association
to be designated pursuant to an Act of Assembly of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
The two-percentum tax above referred to, as and when received
by the borough authorities of the Borough of Lehighton, shall be paid
over to said Firemen's Relief Association as provided by the
Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Distribution Laws, 53 PS § 895.701
et seq.
