Borough of Bonneauville, PA Chapter 45 Secretary; Treasurer

§ 45-1 Offices may be combined.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

The office of Secretary and Treasurer/Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer may be held by the same person at the discretion of the members of Borough Council due to the size of the Borough and said Borough having less than 2,500 inhabitants, as provided under Section 1104 of the Borough Code.[1]

§ 45-2 Salary of combined office.

The salary of the combined office of Secretary-Treasurer or of the individual offices of Secretary and of Treasurer shall be set by the Borough Council, and the appointments made to said office or offices as the Council desires will be at the discretion of said Borough Council.
