The Property Maintenance Code of the International Code Council (ICC) 2018 is hereby adopted as fully as if set out in length herein for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the protection of the public safety and welfare in all existing structures, residential and nonresidential, and on all existing premises, by establishing minimum requirements and standards for premises, structures, equipment and facilities for light, ventilation, space, heating, sanitation, protection from the elements, life, safety, safety from fire and other hazards and for safe and sanitary maintenance; fixing the responsibility of owners, operators and occupants; regulating the occupancy of existing structures and premises and providing for administration, enforcement and penalties.
This article shall be administered and enforced by the Bonneauville Borough Code Enforcement Officer, or such officer or agency as the Borough Council shall, from time to time, designate.

Fees and charges regulated by the Property Maintenance Code of the International Code Council (ICC) 2018 shall be fixed by the Borough Council, from time to time, by resolution.
