Except whenever otherwise provided by law, prosecution for offenses under the by-laws of the town, may be made by any constable or police officer of the town.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the preceding chapters, shall pay a sum not less than five dollars, nor more than twenty dollars.[1]

These by-laws shall take effect after their approval and establishment as required by law, and all previous bylaws are hereby repealed.
