A.
Beach parking fees for year-round and seasonal residents
shall be established through beach regulations proposed by the Recreation
and Youth Commission and adopted by the Board of Selectmen.
B.
Daily, weekly, full season or other less than full
season beach parking fees shall be established for residents and temporary
residents at such beaches to be determined by the Recreation and Youth
Commission and at rates established through beach regulations proposed
by the Recreation and Youth Commission and adopted by the Board of
Selectmen.
C.
Notwithstanding the above language, the Board of Selectmen
shall be authorized to permit residents or property owners of another
town to park at designated Town-owned beaches, provided that the other
town provides reciprocal beach parking privileges to residents and
property owners of the Town of Harwich and provided further that such
beach parking shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the
Board of Selectmen, including the payment of fees to be determined
by the Board of Selectmen.
Whoever violates any beach regulations duly
adopted by the Board of Selectmen shall be punished by a fine of $50.
