There shall not be granted in the Borough of Washington, in
the County of Warren and State of New Jersey, any license for the
sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages in excess of the following
number:
A.
The number of plenary retail consumption licenses issued and in force
in this Borough at any one time shall not exceed five.
B.
The number of plenary retail distribution licenses issued and in
force in this Borough at any one time shall not exceed two.
C.
The number of club licenses issued and in force in this Borough at
any one time shall not exceed four.
D.
No seasonal retail consumption or limited retail distribution licenses
shall be issued in this Borough.
