The title of this chapter shall be known and referred to as the "Administrative
Code of the Borough of Wrightstown."
If any section or part of this Code shall be declared to be unconstitutional,
invalid or inoperative, in whole or in part, by a court of competent jurisdiction,
such section or part thereof shall to the extent that it is not unconstitutional,
invalid or inoperative remain in full force and effect and no such determination
shall be deemed to invalidate the remaining section or parts of this Code.
All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
heretofore enacted which are inconsistent with any provision of this Code
are to the extent of such inconsistency, hereby repealed. The repeal of any
ordinance or resolution or part thereof by this Code or by any other ordinance
shall not survive any former ordinance, resolution or part thereof which may
have been upheld by such repealed ordinance, resolution or part thereof.
