[Adopted 5-9-1988 by resolution]
The Board hereby approves regulations regarding
the issuance of water skiing licenses, provided that:
A.Â
No vessel shall be licensed which is more than 21
feet in length.
B.Â
The maximum horsepower of outboard motor(s) used in
connection with towing water skiers shall not exceed that recommended
by the manufacturers of the vessel to be licensed.
C.Â
The license fee shall be $70 per year.
