In order to promote and provide efficient police
protection, the Old Forge Borough Council does hereby empower the
policemen of the Borough of Taylor and Borough of Moosic, Pennsylvania,
to exercise all the powers and authority conferred by law on the police
of the Borough of Old Forge while such police are within the limits
of the Borough of Old Forge, Pennsylvania.
Any arrest made by any police of the Borough
of Taylor or Borough of Moosic while in the limits of the Borough
of Old Forge should be reported, in writing, to the Mayor of the Borough
of Old Forge within 24 hours of any such arrest.
