The name of this organization shall be the "Old Forge Borough
Sewer Commission."
The Old Forge Borough Sewer Commission shall consist of seven
members. Said members shall be residents of the Borough of Old Forge,
duly appointed by the Old Forge Borough Council.
Each Commissioner shall be appointed for a term of five years.
The first terms of office, however, shall be set so that, initially,
there shall be two three-year terms, two four-year terms and three
five-year terms.
The Commission shall meet at least one time per month at a specific
time at the Old Forge Town Hall. All Commission meetings shall be
open to the public. The Commission shall report to the Borough Council
after each meeting.
A.
It shall be the purpose of the Commission to monitor sanitary and
storm sewer construction, determine problem sewer areas, hear citizen
complaints regarding sewers, make recommendations to the Borough Council
concerning future development and expansion of the existing sewer
system and advise the Borough Council regarding collection of sewer
rentals.

This Commission is primarily advisory in nature.
