This Borough reserves the right to adopt and
promulgate, from time to time, additional classifications and sewer
rentals or charges therefor or modifications of the schedule of sewer
rentals or charges as set forth in this Part 3, which additional classifications
and sewer rentals or charges or modifications, as the case may be,
shall be construed as a part of this Part 3.
This Borough reserves the right to adopt and
promulgate, from time to time, such additional rules and regulations
as it shall deem necessary and proper for the use and operation of
the sewage collection system and as shall be required under the treatment
agreement, which rules and regulations shall be construed as part
of this Part 3.

A.
All moneys collected pursuant to this Part 3 shall
be placed in funds managed by the Old Forge Sewer Agency and the Old
Forge Borough Council.
B.
Said funds shall be expended for payment of debt service,
expenses associated with the management of the Old Forge sewage collection
system and maintenance and repair of the Old Forge sewage collection
system.
It hereby is declared that the enactment of
this Part 3 is necessary for the protection, benefit and preservation
of the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the Borough.
