No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule X (§ 180-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 180-42), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 180-43), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any truck, trailer, combination truck-tractor, or combination trailer or semi-trailer, having a load capacity greater than 15,000 pounds or with more than two axles, to park on any public street within this Borough, except for the purpose of loading and unloading, or providing services to an adjacent property, during normal business hours.
B. 
No person shall park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked for longer than the time indicated in the following location, at any time, on the days and between the hours indicated:

C. 
Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall pay a fine of $10 at the Borough Police Office. In the event that said $10 is not paid within 72 hours, all violators, upon conviction before any District Justice, shall be required to pay a fine of $25 plus costs and, in default of payment thereof, shall suffer penalties as prescribed by law.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle not displaying a current registration sticker duly issued pursuant to the laws of the registering state to park on any public street within the Borough.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle not displaying a current inspection sticker duly issued pursuant to the laws of the registering state to park on any public street within the Borough.
C. 
It shall be unlawful for any inoperable motor vehicle, or any motor vehicle that is not in safe operating condition due to absent or defective equipment, to park on any public street within the Borough.

It shall be unlawful to park or store any storage pod, dumpster, or the like on any public street within the Borough without a permit, except for the purpose of loading and unloading or providing service to an adjacent property, during normal business hours.

A. 
Any person in violation of any portion of these §§ 180-24.1 through 180-24.5 shall be guilty of a summary offense.
B. 
Each day, or portion thereof, that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
C. 
A person convicted of an offense under any provisions of this section shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus all costs of prosecution.

These §§ 180-24.1 through 180-24.5 shall take effect immediately upon final passage.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XIII (§ 180-44) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XIV (§ 180-45) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XV (§ 180-46) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 180-47) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The locations described in Schedule XVII (§ 180-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XVIII (§ 180-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XIX (§ 180-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.
