GENERAL REFERENCES
Consolidation of fire and emergency services — See Ch. 19, Art. VIII.
Firemen's Pension Plan — See Ch. 29, Part 3.
The Kingston Firemen's Relief Association and the Dorranceton Firemen's Relief Association are hereby recognized by the Borough of Kingston as the relief fund associations qualified to receive moneys payable to the borough which are derived from the state tax upon premiums of foreign fire insurance companies.

The Municipal Treasurer is hereby directed to pay moneys received from the Fire Insurance Tax Fund to the following entities in the following percentages:
A. 
Dorranceton Firemen's Relief Association: 45%.
B. 
Kingston Firemen's Relief Association: 5%.
C. 
Fifty percent to be retained to be paid to the Firemen's Pension Fund as established under the Municipal Employees' Retirement Law by virtue of an ordinance of the Borough of Kingston duly ordained and enacted the 20th day of March 1992.
