As used in this Article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes any natural person, partnership, association, firm
or corporation. The singular shall include the plural, the plural
shall include the singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine
and the neuter.
It shall be unlawful for any person to place,
store or display any goods, wares or merchandise upon any sidewalk
in the Borough of Kingston, except that goods, wares and merchandise
in the process of being loaded or unloaded may be placed upon a sidewalk
only for such time as reasonably necessary for the loading or unloading
thereof.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine
of not more than $300 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default
of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail
for not more than 30 days.
