No person shall operate, drive or ride any motorbike,
motorcycle or motor-driven vehicle upon the dikes or levees in the
borough or in the Kingston/Edwardsville Flood Control District.
No person (except persons authorized by the
Mayor) shall operate, drive or ride any motor-driven vehicle in or
upon any recreation area of the borough.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution and, in default
of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
