A. 
Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation of this Article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain parked otherwise.
B. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of $25, plus court costs.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or place, or allow to remain parked or placed, on any of the streets in the Borough any vehicle or other object, other than a passenger car, passenger van, motorcycle, pickup truck, or service-type van. For purposes of this section, a "service-type van" is a van or truck used by a contractor (such as a plumber or electrician) for the purpose of conducting daily business. The service-type van shall not exceed a gross vehicle weight of 20,000 pounds and shall not have more than one real axle. Further, a service-type van may only be parked on the streets or parts of streets within the Borough while servicing customers or parked at the place of business of the contractor. Otherwise, a service-type van shall not be allowed to park on the streets unless a permit is issued pursuant to § 213-32.
B. 
Vehicles which may not be parked or placed on any of the streets of the Borough include, but are not limited to, any bus, motor home unless being loaded for vacation purposes, trailer-not attached to a motor vehicle, box tuck and/or tractor trailer.
C. 
Other objects which may not be parked or placed on any of the streets of the Borough include, but are not limited to, boats, boat trailers and dumpsters.

Permits for the temporary parking of trailers and/or tractor-trailers or other objects referred to in § 213-31 above may be issued by the Chief of Police upon application and for reasons and periods of time that the Chief of police shall deem appropriate. Temporary permits may be granted by the Chief of Police for limited periods of time for instances such as where a construction project is taking place, home improvement projects, etc.

Any violator of § 213-31 prohibiting parking shall upon conviction pay a fine of $25, plus court costs.
A. 
On all streets, except where angle parking is permitted, all vehicles will parallel park in the direction of the flow of traffic.
B. 
Any violator of this section shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of $$25, plus court costs.

Between November 15 and April 15 of each year, vehicles will be permitted to park facing against traffic flow only on below-stated streets of steep incline.

A. 
No motor vehicle or other vehicle is to be repaired on a Borough street or alley or upon borough-owned or Borough-leased real estate, except that flat tires may be changed or emergency repairs may be made. Any repair that is necessary and/or needed to enable said vehicle to be moved and/or taken to a garage or workshop for needed repair and can be made within a period of two hours shall be deemed an emergency repair.
B. 
Penalty for violation. Any person who shall violate any provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25 and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, shall be imprisoned for a period of not more than five days.

Parking of unregistered vehicles; maximum duration of parking.

(1) 
No person shall park a motor vehicle on any Borough street or alley or parking lot unless said motor vehicle shall have a current Pennsylvania inspection sticker thereon and bear a valid license plate.
(2) 
No person shall park a motor vehicle or other vehicle on any Borough street, alley or parking lot for a period in excess of 72 consecutive hours.
B. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25, plus court costs and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than five days.

No double parking shall be permitted on any Borough street or alley that requires traffic to enter the opposite lane of oncoming traffic.
B. 
Any violator of this section shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of $25, plus court costs.

The Borough shall have the authority to establish marked loading and unloading zones.
A. 
It is illegal to place a barricade of any description in or about a parking space for the purpose of reserving said parking space on any street, alley or parking lot.
B. 
The police shall have the authority to remove and confiscate any debris placed in any parking space(s).
C. 
Any violator of this section shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of $25, plus court costs.

From time to time the Borough shall deem it necessary and proper to establish new parking regulations. Once established and properly posted, it shall be the responsibility of the Borough Police Department to enforce them. This shall include fifteen-minute parking, loading and unloading zones, handicapped parking, fire lanes and other designated prohibitive parking spaces.
B.

No vehicles other than ambulances or other duly authorized emergency vehicles shall park on the portion of Twelfth Street beginning at the point of the intersection of the easterly curbline of Twelfth Street and the northern edge of the driveway entrance into the hospital parking lot, which is located approximately 131 feet, six inches north of Hamilton Street, and ending at a point on the easterly curbline of Twelfth Street which is 42 feet north of the point of beginning.
