No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any portion of the Convent Station Train Station lot as the same is set forth in Schedule XXXIII,
attached to this chapter.
The following described streets or parts of
streets are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction
indicated:

Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct
or impede the normal flow of traffic or block entrances or exitways,
loading zones, oil fills, grassy areas, or pedestrian walkways or
parked in a permit-required parking space without a valid parking
permit or parked overtime in a metered parking space for more than
five hours or parked in any manner so as to present a safety or traffic
hazard may be removed by towing and impounding the vehicle, at the
owner's cost and expense.
No person shall make a turn at any location
listed and only in the manner described: (as shown on attached site
plan Schedule XXXIII).
The locations described are hereby designated
as loading zones. No person shall park a vehicle in said location
during the times indicated other than for the loading and unloading
of goods and materials:
A. The area in front of the train station main building
is for loading and unloading of goods, materials and persons.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this
article or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of
not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days,
or both.
