A.
Games of chance commonly known as "bingo" or "raffles,"
as defined by the New Jersey Statutes, Annotated,[1] may be conducted in the Borough of East Rutherford, provided
that:

The organization conducting the games is a charitable,
religious or other organization specifically qualifying under the
provisions of the applicable statutes.

B.
In accordance with the regulations of the legalized
Games of Chance Control Commission, specifically N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1,
the Borough Clerk is hereby designated as the issuing authority to
approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses.
