It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in any Township park or public recreation area after dark. Dark shall be defined as 1/2 hour before sunrise or after sunset.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle in any Township park or public recreation area at any time in areas not intended to accommodate vehicle traffic.
This article shall apply to vehicles licensed for road use and off-road use vehicles such as motorcycles, mopeds, all-terrain vehicles or other such vehicles.

Any person found to be in violation of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
