The infrastructure exemption as provided for
in Real Property Tax Law § 485-g is hereby adopted by the Village
of Johnson City, and said application for such exemption may be made
to the Town of Union Assessor as provided for in § 485-g of the
Real Property Tax Law as it may be amended from time to time.
