No person shall fire, set off or discharge any
cannon, percussion, air or other gun, pistol, rocket, fireworks, gunpowder,
firecrackers or other explosive in the Village of Athens without first
having obtained a written permit therefor from the Mayor of the Village
in accordance with New York State law.
