The Town of Geneva, as governing board of the North Side Fire Company,
Inc., West Lake Road Fire Association, Inc., and the White Springs Volunteer
Fire Department, authorizes these fire departments to participate in the Ontario
County Fire Service Mutual Aid Plan without restriction within the meaning
of § 209 of the General Municipal Law.
Copies of this chapter shall be filed with the Ontario County Fire Coordinator
and the North Side Fire Company, Inc., West Lake Road Fire Association, Inc.,
and the White Springs Volunteer Fire Department.
