Village of LeRoy, NY Article VII Bridge Rails

§ 176-21 Bridge locations.

This article shall apply to the locations specifically known as:

A. "Clay Street Bridge" (Lodi Bridge), located on Route 19, spanning the Oatka Creek in the Village of LeRoy.

B. "Main Street Bridge," located on Route 5, spanning the Oatka Creek in the Village of LeRoy.

C. "Foot Bridge," located between 41-43 Church Street and 56 Mill Street, spanning the Oatka Creek in the Village of LeRoy.

§ 176-22 Restrictions.

No person shall stand, sit or walk on the bridge rails of the bridges known as "Clay Street Bridge" (Lodi Bridge), "Main Street Bridge" or the "Foot Bridge" in the Village of LeRoy.

§ 176-23 Enforcement.

This article shall be enforced by the Village of LeRoy Police Department.

§ 176-24 Penalties for offenses.

Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5 and not more than $50.
