All uses and structures requiring a zoning permit pursuant to
this chapter shall conform to the regulations of this article which
correspond to the zone in which the activity is situated.
Schedule A is included as an attachment to this chapter.
Schedule B is included as an attachment to this chapter.
Each multiple-family dwelling shall have a 5,000 square foot
lot size plus additional square footage based on the types of dwelling
units included:
