This chapter shall hereafter be known as the "Appearance Ticket Issuance
and Service Authorization Law of the Town of Naples."
The purpose of this chapter is to authorize the issuance and service
of appearance tickets by any Constable of the Town of Naples.
This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
Any duly appointed Constable for the Town of Naples is authorized to
issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to the enforcement of ordinances,
local laws, rules or regulations enacted or promulgated by the Town Board
of the Town of Naples.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary
of State of the State of New York subsequent to having been duly adopted by
the Town Board of the Town of Naples.
