[The Town adopted an ordinance 5-6-1958, approved
at referendum 6-10-1958, to authorize the conduct of the
game of bingo, which ordinance generally authorized certain organizations,
upon obtaining the required license, to conduct the game of bingo within the
territorial limits of the Town of Naples, subject to the provisions of the
ordinance itself, Article 14-G of the General Municipal Law, Article 19-B
of the Executive Law and the restrictions contained in § 479 of
the General Municipal Law.]
