The developer, before the approval of the subdivision plat, shall complete all improvements to the satisfaction of the Highway Superintendent, the Water and Sewer Superintendent, and any other inspector which may be appointed by the Planning Board or Town Board, or shall post a performance bond or other surety in a form acceptable to the Town Board which is sufficient to ensure the satisfactory completion of the following required improvements. The Planning Board may grant requests for waivers, subject to appropriate conditions. All such improvements shall comply with the Subdivision Road and Development Specifications[1] on file in the Town Clerk's office.
