A.
The district boundary lines are intended generally to follow the center lines of streets; existing lot lines; the center lines of streams; and Village boundary lines. Where a district boundary line does not follow such a line, its position shall be shown on the Zoning Map by a specific dimension expressing its distance in feet from a street center line or other boundary line as indicated.
B.
Where district boundaries are so indicated that they approximately follow lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be said boundary. Where district boundaries are so indicated that they are approximately parallel to the center lines of streets or highways, such district boundaries shall be construed to be parallel thereto and at such distance therefrom as indicated on the Zoning Map.
