No person, except Village employees or persons having permission from the Board of Trustees or from the Recreation Director of the Village, shall occupy or be present in the public parks of the Village of Patchogue between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
No persons shall throw, deposit or leave any litter, paper, stones or other debris on the public parks of the Village at any time, except in receptacles provided therein, or willfully remove, deface, destroy, mutilate, injure or harm, in any way at any time, any public building, structure, bench, light, lightpole, waste receptacle, paving, turf or other public improvement in the public parks of the Village.

No person shall enter upon or into the waters of any of the ponds in the Rider Avenue Park at any time; and, without limitation of such general prohibition, no boating, bathing, wading, swimming or use of flotation devices in said ponds shall be permitted.
Any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in § 1-1 of the Code of the Village of Patchogue.

All park and recreational facilities located in the Village of Patchogue will be closed to all but residents of the Village after 6:00 p.m., with special exceptions to this chapter to be granted by the Board of Trustees at its discretion.
Any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in § 1-1 of the Code of the Village of Patchogue.
